California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a state law that protects the privacy of residents of California. The law applies to companies that collect, maintain, and process personal information of California residents.
